Before starting our own company, we (co-founders Erika Cunha and Melanie Cain) spent more than 20 years honing our craft. While climbing the ladder from tour managers to business owners, we gained hands-on experience all along the way—from driving trucks, building tents and designing intricate event sets to formulating budgets, procuring permits and managing large teams of vendors and local staff. We understand what it takes to run a successful live event because we’ve been personally involved in every step of the process, and we’re not afraid to get dirty to ensure that it is flawlessly executed.
